I think I'm going with a lame bet today.

Going with Truex Jr., Ambrose, and Bowyer. Going to do all 3 as top 5 or top 10 bets or some variation of that. It depends on how th odds look when my online has them posted.

Since 2012 those 3 combined have led 75% of all the laps run and have all the wins at Sonoma. And 3 of the 4 wins on road courses.

I hate betting NASCAR that way. The odds are usually weak and this is when I'll hit a winner of the race and not get the bigger payout. I do think this will cash today. When the odds are up I'll see just how much (or little)
