Hi all

Just wondering what the best method for catching a hot table in casino BJ (live, not that rigged online stuff)

It always seems that when I sit down at a hot table it turns cold and I start busting when I hit on hard 16 etc

Best wishes

I saw someone double down on a black jack one time. They said they do it because 2/1 pays more then 3/2

The key is the feeling for the action after you are already sitting in the game a bit. To pick out a game and jump in won't work. I got blasted here a while back by some GEEKS about the math. Guys who have not seen hot or cold tables just have not understood what they were looking at. Or...
more than likely ..... have not played serious BJ.
If your name is not Yoda, you won't play enough in your lifetime for the math to mirror your action.

Someone have shot this guy in the sack and let him bleed out. Merciful!

Unless you are counting cards, there is no such thing as a hot/cold blackjack table.

Just like there is no such thing as a "hot" or "cold" coin when you are flipping heads/tails.

yea,ive never heard of catching a hot blackjack table. The table can change in a quick minute at any time.Plus people get in and out at all different times so if its running good that one person leaving the table can be a demise of the good run right away

these casinos want you to play at least 4 hours of blackjack a day so if you can win in the first hour then get out and come back a bit later,i try never to play longer than an hour and a half at a time, ill give them my 4 hours but not in like one sitting

Yup that is what I came to say. It's not a real thing. Sometimes you win or lose a bunch in a row but it is just luck.

A blackjack table running good isn't near as fun as a hot craps table.

Hypothetically one could sit down to a very good count without knowing it.

Packer thinks a math geek is someone who understands the most basic concepts of probability and does not base their plays on superstition.

That's funny...for goddamn pretty boys who don't have a rat's ass of playing winning anywhere.

Chasing your boyfriends pretty boys cause you don't know a backdoor about gambling is fun to me.

Amateurs who play like gamblers............wonderful for losers....

Hey Cyyyk! Hope things are going well.

What I am saying (apparently not very well) is that the mass numbers of hands calculated by computer. Will not be approached in any of our lifetimes.

I understand all the math as well as anyone.

If you don't realize that 20 or 30 minute to maybe as much as one to two hour streaks exist?????

These streaking subsets of hands DO happen. You boys have to crappin me.

I sure don't deny the math. I just realize they our outcomes will not depend on this long-run. It is theoretical due to our lifespan. These short term streaks, and you handle those will matter more.

This.
Most peeps hit the casino a couple/few times/once a year.
They play for short periods of time.
Million hand simulations can be thrown out the window.

It's all about the table(s)
All about where you position yourself. It's fate.

I've been to the ol riverboat hundreds of times.
I've seen it. Math scmath.
