Bilas put Ice T as his #2 favorite rapper. This tells me he has no idea what he's talking about. Seems more shtick than anything else. Ice T over 2pac? Come on I guarantee you Bias couldn't name 10 rappers

Tupac is overrated imo. I prefer plenty of people over him and Ice T but its all personal opinion. Andre 3000 is probably my #1 rapper

Yeah I heard Andre 3000 is a must see if you get a chance. I was 22 when all eyes on me came out. Wasn't anything better I feel. You're right it's all opinion.

Saw Outkast in concert in the 1990's.........Great show....A surreal experience considering they were literally within five yards of me.....

Although they went more mainstream after that I still have Outkast's first 3 albums as the Top 10 all-time with Aquemini being my favorite rap album of all-time due to the uniqueness and wide range and mixture of music on there.....It was ahead of its time in my opinion.

As far as Jeezy, he pretty decent and many like him here, but there is so much competition here that they wouldn't call him the best..Not even best in Atlanta.

You can't be from dc then. Andre is 3000 is good but that's like comparing Paul pierce to Michael Jordan. Tupac was one of the greatest rappers/entertainers ever.

One of the best albums ever. And it was a double cd of classics. That will never, ever happen again.
