A Running back, who, no matter what, gains 1 yard.... no more and no less, every time he runs the ball. He cant catch, and cant block, and cant throw. He can only run for 1 yard.

A Kicker who is guaranteed to make exactly the first 3 (and only 3, no more and no less) 60yd or more field goal kicks, then never make another till the start of the next season.... but will only make 66% of those 59yds or less the whole season. BUT will make 100% of extra points

yes, since I know 100%.. I save the kicker for game winning kicks.... and the running back when there is less than a yard to go, every single 4th n less than 1 I go, since I know 100% what to expect.

It would open up your game so much more. 3rd and 1 you could just throw a deep route every time, come back and pick it up on 4th.

Also goal line is an automatic score.

just imagine the deadly 1-2-punch he would make with your WR that won't make a single catch all season, but draws a PI on his defender every time he's targeted in the endzone...

Too me both would be a no brainer: A short yardage specialist that gives me a guaranteed 1yard in those situation should have lots of value.
Plus I'd just carry two kickers on my roster: I get every single PAT, 3 guaranteed 60+ FGs (so getting to midfield in a game I trail by max. 2pts would already be enough to win it....) and 66% from 50-59yards out...that might already be pro bowl material. And for any additional 60+ FG attempt or anything closer than 50 I just bring in "the other guy"...

John Kuhn for Green Bay is that type of player who will get you a yard.

I saw yes to both, especially the first one. 1st and goal on the 4 is a guaranteed touchdown, not to mention goal line situations like above
