Corn on the Cob for me. I don't even eat em anymore if they aren't from the grill.

Halve a peach, grill it open face down for 2 minutes, flip it, fill it with brown sugar, 2 more minutes on grill, take it off, put in a bowl, and scoop some vanilla ice cream on it.

I love a good rib steak.

How do you guys get a good skin on your chicken from the bbq? Cant's seem to get it to have that nice crunch to it. Lots of heat and the bbq sauce burns. Too low of heat and the skin is slimy.

Put the chicken over hot coals to crisp up the skin then move it off to indirect heat, THEN put the bbq sauce on it.
