You have bases loaded, none out, and instead of putting in your most reliable reliever other than your closer (Betances), he puts in Matt Thornton (a good reliever, but in that situation, you put your best guy on if he's good to go). It leads to a 4 run inning, resulting in you relinquishing your 3 run lead.
Then he decides to put Jim Miller in. That bastard is only good to go in blowout situations, and he made it one. Turned a 4-3 game to a 9-3 game heading to the 9th. And he didn't even try to replace that a-hole. Wow.
