Anyone buy one?

Bsgmn5aIEAEzgJU.jpg

I bought one for $1 with a 1 year contract of service thru AT&T in 1991......that phone was heavy & hurt my arm from trying yo hold it up to my ear to talk for more than 10 minutes.

Also, if my memory is correct, I had to charge it for 4 hours & talk time was only 30 minutes (LOL) before running out of battery.

Only had it for a few months & then went & bought the Motorola flip phone. Not many people had cell phones in 1991 & when the phone rang at the mall or wherever I was, everyone would look at me like they never saw a phone before.

I would have never spent $4,000 on a phone, even today's phones I wouldn't.

Remember what a pain in the ass it was to text on those Nokia phones? To say "I'll be home soon" you had to hit about 27 bottoms.

I remember when my analog cell was acting weird so I went in to get another one & the at&t lady said I would have to upgrade to a digital because they were not selling analog anymore & I demanded an analog phone but nothing doing.

So I got a digital........then years later came the camera phones & I definitely did not want a camera on my phone.

Now a days we can't do w/o a camera & veideo recorder on out smart phones.......I wonder how hard the digital camera market got hit because not many people buy digital cameras anymore, especially the younger generation ages 13 to 25 (I'm assuming on age) because the smart phones take excellent pictures & video.......

I wonder what the cell phones will be like in 10 to 20 years from now......

You won't be carrying your phone in 10 to 20 years. It will be an ear piece and an eye wear. It won't just be phone...it will be almost everything...videos, photos, browse the net, fully voice commanded.

light version of that is already here...its called the google glass.
