My first WARNING about a site in my 12+ years here as a member.

I will highlight my experiences as an active member with DEVILFISH POKER.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1/I have been playing with DEVILFISH POKER in excess of 1 year

2/My poker balance has steadily increased on a 45 degree angle over that 1+ year - no spikes up or down, just a steady northerly direction

3/I requested a simple payout to test them, equivalent to 40% of the profit(rake) I generated for DEVILFISH POKER over this 1+ year (they still hold my INCREASED balance, equal to 3 times the requested amount)

4/Emails are now going unanswered

5/I played in good faith for many many hours. They did respond to my initial emails, as I was trying to avoid future misunderstandings. This seemed as if they were welcoming me in good faith. Now nothing
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If a player consistantly generates profit for DEVILFISH POKER, with zero risk to DEVILFISH POKER, how can DEVILFISH POKER ignore the much valued and sought after client?

At a certain point in time, one must classify them as "1 level below pond scum". I wish to certify the aforementioned at this time.

*DEVILFISH POKER* -- THEY ARE BAD EGGS -- TAKE NOTE --

Thanks for listening. I accept your future unsent thank-yous about this IMPORTANT WARNING regarding DEVILFISH POKER and your money.

Owned or at least affiliated with Dave Ulliot. Check out his autobiography on Wikipedia. The guy was a convicted felon in GB, safecracker, bank robber, insurance fraud and a very good poker player.

tatehill2000, I assumed corresponding with The Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta would bare the most fruit. After all, they stamped the license for DEVILFISH POKER to conduct business.

Their comment for the time being:
"The Authority notifies that no further information shall be released at this stage in order not to compromise any investigations that may need to be performed by the Authority and/or any other competent authority."

Listen, these roaches were given ample time for a payout, following 1+ year of play. They made money on my play, as did I, with no heavy lifting on their end. I made it clear I would continue to generate rake for them and leave 75% of my balance on account. We grow together. They ignore that kind of comment from a profit maker? Fuck 'em.

Might be waiting 3 to 300 days. Who knows.

But I do know one thing:

Wasting your time posting at the RX about this issue. Make a post at 2+2 here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28/internet-poker/

Be sure to outline a time frame, what you have done in detail and any and all responses. Don't say silly things like they are bad eggs, that will get you no credibility and people will scoff at you.

You need to say I deposited $xxx on (date) I ran the account up to $x. I requested a pay out of $x on (date) and have been given the run around and now being ignored. Here are the dates of my inquires and post word for word any replies.

Malta will be of no help to you, ask the Everleaf USA players. Don't waste your time there, they are corrupt. You'll get much more help and insight than you will here.

Hot is on point here. I was trying to be nice. As soon as I saw your #2 above;

"2/My poker balance has steadily increased on a 45 degree angle over that 1+ year - no spikes up or down, just a steady northerly direction"

I thought.... Why the hell hasn't this guy taken a W/D earlier to protect some of his profits? Valid question. What could possibly be a reasonable answer?

One reason could be, that he started out at small stakes and once his balance reached a certain point, instead of cashing out he moved up to higher stakes.

It doesn't say in your post that you called them. Did you call them?

Hey DEVILFISH POKER, as promised, my bump to the top just for you. Continuous ignores from you = continuous bumps to the top from me. Pretty simple stuff.

Just one bump of many to follow, regarding *DEVILFISH POKER* -- THEY ARE BAD EGGS -- TAKE NOTE --

Hotpizza, you advise me not to call them silly things such as bad eggs as this will get people scoffing at me, and my credibility will be questioned.
Hey young fellow, I thought referring to them as bag eggs would be the more gentlemanly route, as opposed to calling it straight. Now if you want me to call it straight, they are pieces of lowlife dogshit, and will remain so until they acknowledge me. Got that? Good.

My one and only response to flamers such as you is to go fuck yourselves. You will receive no other future response from a 12+ year poster who is getting stiffed from DEVILFISH POKER. So once again, go fuck yourself and find another street to play on.

Man, not trying to pick up a fight at all... can you please post more detailed info? Emails sent by them (the ones they answered at least), and what do you usually play to get a constant winning chart (2/My poker balance has steadily increased on a 45 degree angle over that 1+ year - no spikes up or down, just a steady northerly direction), I'm guessing you play cash games? Do they think you are using unfair methods to gain advantage (ie. bots).

I'm sorry if I offended you. I would go to 2+2, pokerlistings.com and pokernews.com.

Also, try to find a good affiliate that deals with them, and seek for help.

Ummm no I don't got that. Your posts are nonsense.

Do you think Devilfish poker comes to the RX looking for people flaming them? Answer: NO

Do you think there is a big audience here that plays at Devilfish poker? Answer: NO

Have you taken the steps I advised you to take? Answer: NO

By rubbing people here the wrong way, do you think people are going to help you here? Answer: NO

Will you get paid by Devilfish Poker? Answer: NO

Why do I say no to the last question? Because there is absolutely no uproar in the poker community currently about Devilfish Poker. If people weren't getting paid it would be splattered all over the main stream poker forums and sites.

If you want to try to get some help then again take it to 2+2 see link in original reply.

You can keep calling them Bad Eggs, Pieces of Shit and whatever else you want to call them, but that won't get you any closer to your money or anyone really wanting to help you. Your type of complaint is a dime a dozen and in the end it is usually found out that the player did a chargeback, chip dump or some other frowned upon activity.

There's a reason they aren't contacting you. I sent them an e-mail before posting this and I see I have a reply in my inbox already. So my suspicions are probably well founded.

Take note fellow.

Mods, thanks for deleting my prior remarks pertaining to me ignoring all future flamers. All will be ignored. Delete this post too, if so inclined.

Any poker player who plays with DEVILFISH POKER will be welcomed with open arms as I was. Polite welcoming emails, etc etc. Just be careful not to run up a balance and things will work out well for you. The truth is, an extremely low % of players beat the poker rake, and an extremely low % of players beat the -105 sports vig, never mind the -110.

Will bump once if I get paid, and many times if I don't. There will be a shortage of future commentary.
