Friend of mine is a Personal Trainer and he has trained Many Stars over the years. Brought LL Cool J to the Beach today to work-out.
Hell of a nice guy...

Lives both here on Long Island and LA.

We ( My wife and I ) have met his Wife a few times because she is in the same business as my wife. Met him the first time 3 years ago, and he was much smaller. Guy is Huge now.

Ha .. yeah would be funny if I said. Hey want to sign up to The RX... What the hell is that ? oh, it's a Sports Forum where people talk Sports and all kinds of things. and yeah we talk Music and TV, Movies, etc..
oh and LL, you have to watch out, They Fight.... on there too ... and one more thing, there's a few racist on there too ! LOL

Tyson built a mansion in a neighboring town, which was eventually purchased by 50 cent who I think still owns it

Freaking thing could serve as a midsized luxury hotel

They come here "to get away from it all". I'm still not sure if I like that description or not

Yes, as, actually got a few pictures with him, the wife and some other friends.

going to be there again today, my buddy said he would have more time to hang out. Yesterday was a bigger workout.

yeah my aunt does some small acting in LA, been on Tonight Show a few times. She had the same acting class as him. Said he doesn't drink or smoke...

also re: the Tyson house, no surprise he had to sell. Tough to maintain a residence like that when Don King is stealing all your $.

My uncle does some acting as well. Been in a many of sitcoms, Weeds, and Super Bowl Commercials, and says the same thing about LL.

north Hempstead state park. It's on the Long Island sound. Saw I can see CT.

I am planning a trip to the Sun. Probably in sept.
