I like movies like about Wall street but I haven'tseen this one yet. Everyone tthat's seen it have told me they enjoyed it very much.

Gonna wait until it comes out on Starz or one of the other premium channels tho......

Why was it such a great movie? Because it was effectively soft porn?

Leo's a good actor, but I can't believe the hype and high ratings surrounding this movie. It was...boring.

They could have easily chopped it down to 2 hours without screwing up the plot because it didn't have one.

yeah it was entertaining but when watching it I basically felt like Scorsese just took the Goodfellas script and threw some Wall St in and made a movie.

It definitely was worth seeing but it reminded me of David Spade on SNL talking about Casino "Casino? CA-SEEN IT. Liked it better the 1st time as Goodfellas"

Agree....entertaining is the perfect way to describe it. Not a great movie IMO.

All those Michael Bay high budget films are entertaining, but their story lines and characters suck.

Thats the point. I enjoyed the movie, but comparing it to Shawshank is a stretch of the highest degree.
