Seriously Need Advice

I have a problem and can't really turn to anyone I know to discuss, so I hope you guys are ok if I bring it up on here.

Any and all advice is appreciated

Details:

First off, I know I'm a fn idiot that thinks with his dick, let's get that out of the way first. Stupid Stupid Stupid

Now then, went on a Sugar Baby website (carrotdating.com) and placed a profile up. Was looking for a 20 something girl next door type that I could play with on the side in return for an "allowance".

Met up with an Eastern European girl, 23 cute, big tits

..and had dinner and talked. Seemed nice altho a distant and cold!! She's a student in Omaha where I live

She emailed me back and said she "liked me" so I see her again, got drunk and tried to get some. She pushed me away and said she "couldn't be intimate with me until we confirmed our "arrangement"". Then I got a sob story about how she was getting kicked out of school
for not paying $5000 in tuition she owed. Same deal, very cold, quick peck on the cheek before she hops on the bus home

So stupid me I pay the $5000 with my debit card to show good faith for the "arrangement". See her 1 more time, icy cold, no time for me (she had to run "for school"), peck on the cheek when she hops on the bus

I go way on biz for 2 weeks, she sends me a "dear john" letter basically telling me to F O, and the coup de grace I now see that she's back on CarrotDating trolling for new victims

Now,…do I charge back the $5000 transaction on my card and risk her wrath (who knows what form it would take, i.e. cyberstalking, phone calls to my house etc etc)

Or, do I chalk this up to stupidity and eat the $5K and try not to be so stupid again?

Any advice much appreciated

Also need details regarding how important 5k is to you. I get the feeling it's not a big loss and you just want the money back out of principle.

Yeah somewhat happily married, and no the $5K isn't a ton of cash to me, but getting played like this is eating away at me. However, who knows what this crazy bitch will do if (when) I pull the cash back

What are you going to say? The transaction was not fraudulent, you willingly gave someone the money.

If you used a credit card, perhaps. But since you went the debit route, you're highly, highly, unlikely to get it back if you try.

You fucked up. Take it as a loss and a lesson in life. I doubt you will get the $5k back from the bank. Fuck that dumb eastern european bitch. they are cold and distant. It's part of their shit culture. The best thing to do would be to warn others on that site and get a friend to pay her a visit and shake her out of the $5k if possible.

I appreciate the advice. I think I will file a claim w the bank. No paperwork on the College side (no receipt, signed slip etc) maybe I'll get lucky. If not, I'll write it off as a dick tax
