actually yes they do use them as well as other places. Some just don't have anywhere else to go anymore so they use beards to open accounts or fake names. Books will track with ip addresses and whatever they can. To be fair, we don't know the whole story here so speculating is usually never a good idea. I could tell you hours of stories over the last 12 years what lengths players will go to play anywhere where their type of action isn't welcomed. Just like card counters as I mentioned before. Most will try anything including disguises to get into these casinos.
Bottom line to me at least, he should definitely get his original deposit back, they shake hands and move on.
