does anyone know of any reliable site or method to determine what umpire is behind the plate each night in every game? I ask because, as some of you know may know, Kerwin Danley when behind the plate is basically a human under machine. These stats are close (not exact) but I believe Danley is something close to 50 unders, 19 overs on the year. Also 4-19 to the under last 23 times behind the dish.

I've had a very hard time finding umpire schedules, maybe it's easy and right in front of my eyes? If anyone can point me the right way, that would be awesome

thanks!

thanks, I will keep an eye out. I've bet Danley under the last five times and haven't lost. The problem is that I cannot always find out when he is calling balls and strikes

on that chart, St Louis/Pittsburgh Under worth a look and Arizona (Davis home teams 20-4 last 24). I LOVE that info (not saying that it wins all the time, but I like to have it back up a side or total that I am already leaning towards). Biggins, that site updates every day right? Just go back tomorrow?

Every fourth game, problem is we don't know after a series what ballpark his crew travels to next so game one of a series is unknown.

From behind the plate then they move to third then second then first base and then back behind the plate .

you do realize he is the only guy on the field that decides what pitch is a strike vs a ball, don't you? :think2:

Yea, i realize..haha

Just my thoughts...

Unless this is Eric Gregg in Game 5 of the Marlins series, I dont take much stock in it. Just my opinion. Yes, he does call balls and strikes but there are over 100 things that one can look at and take into consideration when betting the diamond.

I honestly recent did bet an Under, which is not common, for everything pointed Under and the ump was like 15-2 on unders recently.... the sad part ...there was a grand slam and 4 errors by one team that made the under sail far OVER...

So, just my two cents...too many things in baseball that cause a play to win or lose...to me, this is minor...

You can say this about any game you bet, not just totals.

Some unders I play strictly based on the umpire. Numbers don't lie.
