Do any of you Old Time LV players happen to have an old ticket from Little Caesar's Sport-Book in your possession? Need one for a project I am working on. If so, please photograph/scan and post so I can take a screen shot of it. Would be greatly appreciated.

Also any actual photos of LC's, or of the Rocket Car that Bob Stupak donated after winning a Million on a Super Bowl would be of help as well.

Thanks for the link loomis. Found a few things I was looking for there. I am having probs Googling anything. Presently in Venezuela, and no matter what I type in, I get redirected to Ven. Google and I can´t get what I want due to some proxy server error.

What a great spot, Albeit Mayday was a jack off, ...

you could bet off his board into everybody else and make a livening, always had right side...

I used to use him as my main source, Montana Melvin was my "proxy"

ask Vd, he knows,... He's the last guy standing...all my friends died

Yes, been_there...I loved it there. Worked there for many years. Montana Mel was the Best. No other characters like him on the planet. I have many stories concerning him that I want to include in a book I'm trying to write about that era. As for Maday...he was certainly unique. One of the Tightest-Fisted individuals I ever ran across. But what I lacked in pay while working there, was more than made up for with the experience I gained, and the Fond Memories I accumulated. I probably know you (and many others here on the Forum) that frequented the place.

Vegas Vic...Thanks for the link. It is similar to the one that loomis already posted. Much of it concerns the Pizza Chain, but there were several items about LC's casino in there as well. (Such as pics of the 5K & 10K Sportbook Chips etc. which provided the Logo I was looking for.) Thanks again for your interest-

been_there's comments (especially about Montana Mel) have put me on a roll, so to speak, so I will drop a few more names off the top of my head. Many are just nicknames, but I'm sure many of you may know who I'm talking about (or they may actually be you). Either way, if you have any stories about them, I would like to hear them. Additional fodder for my planned book. Cigar Bob...Catfish...Dick The Pick...Tom & Sue...Al & Dottie...Cornflakes...Sam The Jeweler...Bing...Rocky Mann...Nutsy...Buckwheat...Wayne The Weasel...Harry-O...Wheelchair Johnny...Who Do Ya Like...Broadway Joe...and a host of others aside from the more 'Normal' Hi-Rollers such as Lem Banker...Billy Baxter and the like. The place was a virtual 'Damon Runyon Paradise' and I'd like to write in that Runyon spirit. Any comments concerning these people, or others will be appreciated.
