RX Forum Service Outage (All Time Pacific)

The RX management extends its apologies for the extended service outage that began at 10:30PM on Wednesday September 3 through Thursday September 4 at 8:00AM.

One of our key servers experienced a critical hardware failure and had to be recovered from backup.

Unfortunately, the failure occurred before the nightly backup and as a result there are missing threads/posts in the restored version of the site. The gap in the information is between the hours of September 3 2014 at 4:30AM and Thursday September 4 at 8:00AM.

Once again, we apologize for this unfortunate incident and we will be taking steps to reduce future risks.

If I told my bosses that we lost a days worth of info from the main databases.............probably my head would roll after I put things back in place

not the end of the world here but thats why you have differential and incremental backups.

Not going to say I Don't agree with you... but it is what it is... at this point.
