Looks like there are lots of stats and angels that stack up well for both teams in this game. It also appears that neither side is getting more love than the other, since the line hasn't move an inch. Peralta has pitched well against the Cards and Wacha coming off the DL with a closely monitored pitch count. Brews has lost 8 in a row and the Cards are hot and looking to separate themselves from the Brewers permanently. Right now I am leaning Cardinals since the Brewers can't seem to hit and Perlata has been getting shelled recently. I think the Cardinals grind this one out.

Lean: Cardinals ML

Regardless of this series outcome -- I would FADE both these teams the rest of the season...Brewers may not win a game rest of this year, yes..they are THAT BAD. From fundamental play, hitting, execution to coaching-- but to me the lack of HEART in these guys is what really sets them apart. The Cubbies suck, they know it, but at least they try!
