Lost a bunch of loot as a young man playing teasers. Learned hard lessons, and think that when used correctly teasers can give huge leverage, while offering a halftime way out, or double down, My new book offers sweetheart and regular teasers. Last two years have had 64% 2013 and 67% success on regular teasers. I have not done the math on sweetheart teasers, but don't feel as if they will be as strong. Usually play straight six point teasers unless otherwise specified.
Have a number of old-timers at the card room who think teasers are a bookies best friend, hopefully I don't s#$@ the bed and show these old timers that properly used teasers can give people serious leverage. Also when games are staggered ( different start times) often you can get huge middle plays on the second half of the second game. This is all dependent upon success of first half of teaser. Will try and get these plays up whenever possible. 9-13 pt middles on 2nd games are not uncommon. Let's cash
