A report was first made to the Phoenix Police Department on September 11, 2014, and when detectives questioned Dwyer he admitted to the incidents but denied any physical assaults.[/FONT]
[FONT=proxima_nova_rgregular]He was being booked into the Maricopa County Jail on Wednesday on one count of aggravated assault causing a fracture, one count of aggravated assault involving a minor, two counts of criminal damage, one count of preventing the use of a phone in an emergency, and assault, police said.
