Last week the Falcons played a very good defense and were shut down. This week they play another very good defense. In the first week of the season Ryan was excellent but they played the Saints, who has a mediocre defense. Ryan is number one in passing? Which category would that be? The most important quarterback statistic finds Matt Ryan near the bottom. Can u guess what that is? Im on the other side but GL to you.

Tampa has actually played against 2 very good defensive teams and they have played very good defense. Defense isn't about yards against its about points scored against.
This is the NFL, not College, and both teams had more than capable starting QB's. Shootout? The total opened in the low to mid 40's...lol...There won't be a shootout my friend.Very good defense against the Rams (no QB) and a Cam Newton-less Panthers... both games which they lost @ home. If anything, I see this being a shootout where the Bucs just can't keep up. BOL

United: Great run so far. Heck of a way to start off the NFL season; tough to beat the pro-game. FWIW, I am a longtime Bucs fan and 2-0 picking their games this season. I hate taking the "public" side, as we could all be like sheep going to the slaughter, but I can't see any way ATL wins this game by less than a TD.
Yes, TB will play some solid D, but has everyone forgotten that Gerald McCoy is out, which makes a D-Line that was already thinner than my hairline even thinner, as Clayborn was lost for the season last week, and Michael Johnson was Out. Johnson is questionable again, and knowing him, even if he plays injured, he will half-ass the effort. So that leaves us with 3/4 starters on the d-line out for this game potentially.
ATL gets gashed in the running game, but I think the Bucs will have to abandon the run once ATL pulls ahead, perhaps scoring at will against this D. Division games are usually close as these teams know each other well, but the Georgia Dome will be rockin', and Matt Ryan is an ELITE QB when he is in the Dome.
EVERYONE seems to be on ATL, but I just can't see Tampa keeping this one close. There's only much Lavonte David can do, especially without a D-LINE. I think "Memphy" could even start on the line tonight. The only potential is if last week was spent looking ahead to this game, whereas ATL was potentially focused on the Bengals game. Doubtful. IMO this one should be a blowout.
