Is there anyone out there, that knows about Marijuana testing and how it works. I've always been confused on how judgment impairment could be evaluated from testing when it stays in you system for 30 days. I'm not a MJ user so I'm clueless, but I'm pretty sure impairment doesn't last as long as it is in one's system.

it only stays in the bloodstream for a few hours as it is rapidly metabolized, this still does not tell you how (or if at all) impaired they were, but it shows that it was ingested recently

Trivia Question: Who's the only person to ever be on the cover of high times, that has never even tried Marijuana once? (Hint, he's a libertarian)

it is so irrelevant. Might as well said he was drinking milk in the morning too. He had a glass of milk that day... which might of caused him to run into the middle of the track. So because dude had weed in his system, it is legal to run him over? Impaired judgement lol. Are we talking about alcohol or what? Find me one other person high on weed running into the middle of the street lol.. Doesn't happen. Fuck a tony stewart

Pretty sure it says in bloodstream a lot longer than a few hours.

It was made very clear by everybody that "Tony Stewart cooperated fully." I'm not sure if they asked him to or not but he didn't refuse anything.

Drugs affect everyone differently depending on body size, mental condition, mixture with other drugs, physical condition and general mood.

While weed calms down most people and don't cause them to do stupid shit, other people are just fuckin crazy enough to get out of the car in the middle of a speed race to get in harms way. The kid might as well have been doing blow or crack, result the same.

Assholes will be assholes no matter their drug of choice.

Agreed the guy was an idiot to get out on the track.

But Tony Stewart has a history & reputation of being a hot-head and many believe when the guy got out pointing his finger at Stewart as he came back around the track, that Stewart tried to sling debris on the guy as he went by him again, and ended up hitting him by accident instead...

it's really hard to believe 3 cars easily steered clear of Ward and Tony didn't see him. He definitely swerved towards him, the video is clear. Tony has to live with that lapse of judgement for the rest of his life, I wouldn't want it on my conscious.

If this was Nascar i would agree. Tony goes out of his way to make these trips to local tracks and never runs too hard. Usually goes out of his way to lose since the pay is the same either way.
