I find it easier to win than regular season but it takes 10x the work. Gotta do your homework and shift through pretty much every article where the coach was quoted about gameplan, tempo, schemes, QB rotation, start rotation, etc. Not worth it in the end. I didn't bet this season but there's generally more info from the coaches because most care a whole lot about preseason. Plenty of people just bet it as if it were regular season though and don't put in the work.
